Seller reviewI found Julie to be extremely professional and very helpful. I was in the difficult position of selling my elderly mother's home and Julie was very understanding of my situation. She offered to help with the uncomfortable conversation that I would have to have with my Mom about selling her home and she also assisted with arrangements for an estate sale of my mom's possessions. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone that's considering selling their home or the home of a loved one.

Buyer reviewI don't buy real estate very often. But on the ONLY two occassions I have it was Julie Press-Raese that made BOTH transactions easy, fast, and completely perfect. I trust both her opinion, insight, and extensive knowledge of any kind of purchase I might consider and she always has the right questions AND answers for me, many times with things I wouldn't have even considered. To that point, I am 100% confident with her guidence and advice. This land purchase was basically over and DONE with in 48 hours, as she rapidly handled everything for me to capture a perfect location I had been searching for. And then when I had a delay on financing on MY END, her great relationships with other agents got me the extension I needed to SEAL the DEAL !! Absolutley trust Julie with any transaction and would highly recommend her wheather you are selling or buying any kind of property. Best agent I have ever known. AWESOME job for me AGAIN!
