This is the second time that I've used Julie Vargas to help in the sale of a property. During my first experience, she developed a smart sales and marketing plan and although the contract expired and I went with another agent, she was instrumental in helping find a buyer to bring to the table for a two family home during a tough selling time. This time I was selling my inherited family home. I actually brought the buyers to the table as the husband had done work for my mom and was familiar with the home. They had wanted the best deal, without agents but were too inexperienced for such a major purchase so I suggested we both get agents. I was overwhelmed with all the details involved with the estate and emotional about having to sell the family home. I had much difficulty with dealing with actually being there for many details and Julie took it upon herself to assist me with those details along with the actual work involved with just handling the sale. The buyers' agent also was inexperienced and not so detail oriented. The buyers also changed their mind about financing and went from a conventional to FHA loan to further complicate matters. Julie went above and beyond to assist in making sure everything was correct and on track, and even re-sent and corrected documents as necessary. She worked diligently to make sure information was executed and expedited promptly. Without her, this sale in most likelihood, would not have happened, but now I can say I'm confident that a nice, young family will have a wonderful home and my parents would be proud that the right people are there. Although it may seem costly, the right agent, like Julie is worth MORE than their commission and I'm fortunate to have had her by my side during this difficult time.

It seemed that she worked 24/7 and would always respond to VM messages or texts promptly.....Julie made us feel that we were her only clients , which definitely was not the case. I have sold many of my own homes and I have never had such a positive experience with a realtor....personal service and perfect end result. We have already recommended Julie and your agency to others who we know are in the market to buy a home....will continue to do so without hesitation.

Julie is well informed, she is quick and concise. Julie kept me well informed . We had our lot on the market before with Riversedge Remax in Barrington for 6 months. There was not even one offer and the sign fell down and was never put back up. Julie had the sign placed so it was visible from the main road, Hopeworth Ave. Just want to thank Julie and Century 21 Topsail realty!
