It all went really quickly and smoothly. Communications were clear and precise. All appointments/calls were met.

Our journey started on September 1st when we lost the bid on our rental home of nearly 15 years. My wife frantically started the search for an acreage, we had been pre-approved for a loan from Veterans United and they had recommended Justin Garman. We went with a realtor my wife knew to view the first home, she arrived 15 minutes late, we noticed some issues with the foundation but still went into look....we entered the kitchen and there was a hole in the wall big enough for 4 outlets with just one precariously hanging out with six way outlet extender plugged into it, we the went into the living room I had seen enough....no way! The realtor said don't you want to see the basement and bedrooms,,,nope! We then went to look at a second place, not ideal but in the area we wanted to be, she didn't have any answers to our questions. On the way home my wife called Justin Garman to get a second opinion, we scheduled for his first available time that worked with my schedule. We met late afternoon and were there about an hour, he was so genuine, honest and knowledgeable! My wife and I both felt confident in his opinions and decided to keep looking. Justin set up a viewing for the next acreage and we met him after work, he was right on time even after stating he might be late...he let us know! We loved it! Justin the did all the work to make the offer and communicated with our lender, he set a second viewing for my wife before our final offer! I feel Justin went above and beyond to make this happen in the short time we had to find a new home and close. He assured us we would not be homeless for even one night (we had to be out by November 1st, he told on the first meeting that veteran loans generally take 90 days we had half that). Justin had us in our dream home on October 30th....I can't say enough about how awesome our experience working with Justin Garman was!

Justin Garman was recommended by a relative and after meeting with him, I was completely satisfied with the arrangements.
