As a REALTOR @ Century 21 Realty Group, I am very familiar with the area. I lived in Roane County for over 35 years mostly in Webster Subdivision and Village of Center Farms and Cumberland County the last 5 years. I was a sales rep for a company that serviced many accounts in Roane, McMinn, Rhea, Fentress and Cumberland before my recent move into Real Estate. I know that my previous experience in sales will greatly benefit me in this field. I had a very large weekly client base from TVA, Bowater, REU, Stonepeak, CoLinx, Micro Metals, Chase Scientific, Netshape and many other large accounts that I have many friends and connections in.
Of course, we all know that to be successful in anything in life requires a successful plan. I have a well-established presence in this area.

He demonstrated his knowledge by showing me what areas of the property I could improve to prepare the house for the market and provided a plan and references to have the work completed. For example clearing out the accumulated yard debris and tiding up the overall appearance of the property both inside and out. I honestly couldn't have gotten through this without his assistance.
