Brad is a long-time resident of the Inland Empire.

He is originally from Redlands, CA where he studied at Crafton Hills College and started working for Commonwealth Title where he gained experience in title and escrow.

Brad and his family reside in Colton, California with their two faithful companions, Boston Terrier "PeePee" and Pomeranian "Chewy." They accompany him to the office and are very people friendly.

Brad has enjoyed working as a real estate sales associate for many years. Brad has experience and training with Navy Federal Credit Union to help veterans and their families achieve their home buying and selling goals.

Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty also saw great potential in him and trained him to work with corporate relocation clients.

Mr. Adkins was very patient, professional and freindly. He anwsered all of my questions. I was merely a ramdom stranger. First time he showed the vacant land to me, he was on time, very professional, detailed, well prepared of all necesssariry documents and common knowledges regarding the land beyond my satisfaction. Kenneth and his wife Veronica have been amazing! We were looking for homes going on six months and I requested someone bilingual so that my mom could understand the process and what was going on. Having Veronica on the team was extremely valuable in translating information to my mom. However, Kenneth's ability to land us, our forever home within the first meeting was quite frankly a miracle.
