She reached out to me based on prior inquiries regarding other listings and ultimately identified a good opportunity, brought it to my attention, and we closed within a month! She was very flexible regarding us visiting the property a few times, working with us and our attorney, as well as with the township for the necessary Certificate of Occupancy prior to closing. Overall, she was great and we would recommend her to others seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive agent!
