We had several showings prior to Stoepel when we worked with Kandace. Kandace was up front about certain issues she observed going on with the homes she showed us. Some examples were certain items that need to be fixed with the house that can cause an issue for FHA approval.

Very professional, friendly and efficient! Even though I was not aware of the market reality and wanted to sell at a much lower price, she educated me and got the correct price - and it got sold within a very short time as well. What is more, when the person whom I picked first could not get a loan, she even got the second buyer within no time and it went through without any problem. Appreciate all the help!
