I am a retired teacher who has grown up in Arizona. I have watched the "Valley of the Sun" go from a small town to the Metropolis it is today. I enjoy all the diversity our Valley has to offer from the quiet suburbs, to the fast pace of the urban lifestyle. Karen Davis was recommended to us by a friend who had purchased a home with her as well. We had tried to contact other realtors, but never heard from them. Karen called us back quickly to let us know she could set aside 2 days to show us homes, and sent us listings quickly based on what we were looking for. She was patient when we came out to look and let us take our time finding the perfect home. I liked the property info she printed out and made booklets of, so we could easily take notes and keep all the properties straight. She was also very easy to work with long-distance during the closing process, and easy to get a hold of if we had a question.
