Buyer reviewHaving her as my agent made me feel safe. I never felt like she was leading me into a decision, of trying to talk me into one just to get the sale. When a property was nice it was nice in her opinion, when it wasn't, she didn't just nod her head and pretend it was. I felt like family and not just a client. Any question I had about anything was answered within a few mins of me asking it, regardless of the time of day. And with her help, patience and advice I'm a first time home owner!

She made the process easy to the end next to me. I didn't have to find anyone on my own and I knew she was giving me 100% of any thing I need even when I moved to my new place she took care of everything , she even was helping me moving boxes .Please I do strongly recommend her to any one who needs help.

Seller reviewI was dealing with a difficult situation and it was important to me to have someone who was patient, helpful and understanding of the situation. Karen was amazing! She was responsive, trustworthy, patient and understanding and very resourceful. We had a lot of contents in the house that had to be emptied out and she was a great help in getting that done. She also helped with contractors and other resources that I needed to tap into in order to get the house ready for sale. Karen did a great job finding prospective buyers that were truly interested in my home and valued the benefits of the home even though it was an older home that needed some work. Karen sold the house very quickly and for a great price. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
