Seller reviewMy experience and working with Karen was, in one word, phenomenal. I think this is the first time I've ever used that word to describe the effort put forth by someone in the service industry. In this case I worked with Karen to sell my parents house house in Columbia. My dad has terminal cancer and my mom is also not well. They lived in the house for 35 years so there was a very strong emotional attachment. The house also was a unique property and was very outdated. Additionally, my parents do not have much in retirement savings so getting a good selling price was paramount. Taking those challenges and combined with my parents health issues, you have all the ingredients for what could have been a very negative outcome. What actually happened was a finely tuned team led by Karen made this experience an incredibly positive one. She is a rock star and I would highly recommend her service to anyone looking to buy or sell in Mid Mo. Thank you Karen. You are indeed PHENOMENAL!

Even after we moved out of state, Karen and Kim sold our house within a week and helped us get all the closing paperwork completed. They were wonderful to work for and we are very satisfied!

Buyer reviewKaren was extremely helpful with this purchase. We were under a tight deadline when we started the home search. Karen visited with us to get an understanding of what we were looking for and how soon we needed to move in. She proved to be very knowledgeable and steered us away from homes that had major issues. Our final selection was more than we could hope for, finding a new construction home ready for us to move in was incredibly fortunate and I credit Karen and her team in locating and negotiating the terms for our new home. I would use Karen again if I'm ever in the market for a new home.
