She is very personable while presenting a professional demeanor. The market was slow but the ever creative Karen found a 33 month lease as she knew I was moving into an apartment and wanted but did not need to sell the house. Seller reviewWe lived in an area that was outside of Karen's normal area. Karen sold my in-laws home in only a few days so we asked her about selling ours. We explained that the houses in the area were sitting on the market for months, some even over a year, even though it was close to Ft.Bragg. She assured us that the homes should be selling much faster than that. 2 weeks after listing our home we had an offer! Karen kept in constant contact with us during the entire sale and helped us understand what was going on. If you want or need to sell you house; give Karen a call!
