Seller reviewKaren Karlow is very diligent in performing her duties as a real estate agent. She stays right on top of every aspect of the transaction to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Karen also updates her client on all showings of the home and follows up with every other agent that shows house to get additional feedback and promptly answer any questions. Karen was also very helpful in recommending some staging of the house and determining the correct listing price. All of Karen's attributes that i have described resulted in the successful sale of my home.

That is why we chose Karen, she was simply awesome in every aspect of the process. From truly learning about us and our needs, to diving deep in to the VA paperwork process and finding out what we could and couldn't do. I can not imagine a better person to have teamed up with. Karen is kind, understanding, and has some of the best communication skills/timeliness I've seen. If you want to buy a home and work with a person that will easily lead you through the process, then you truly need to work with Karen.

She is knowledgeable and always responded quickly to phone calls and emails. She held many open houses and was very helpful and pitched-in herself when we needed to remove things from the house. In addition she was always available to meet repair/maintenance people at the house. I can't imagine anyone else doing all she did for us.Thank you Karen!

I had 3/4 made up my mind to sell and I called Karen the next day for an appointment. She went over a great deal of information with me that helped me decide that last 1/4 bit hesitation. She was so informative and I felt so confident in her keeping my best interests at heart that I signed then, called my family to tell them, and took a photo of us to text. My middle son said, "Karen will do right for you mom." Karen also helped me find a responsible, caring C21 agent in the Glenn County area when I started to search for a replacement home.
