Karen has always being extremely helpful, understanding, knowledgeable of the market and an overall wonderful person. When it came time to sell and buy there was never another option for our realtor. We relocated from PA and were unfamiliar with the area. We initially identified several communities and were able with the assistance with Karen in lining up houses to look at, filter out which communities were more suited to our family needs. Once we pin pointed price range and community we were able to focus on a couple of areas. We were unable to find a house during our initial house hunting trip. Within the next month a house in a community we liked, but were unable to see in person came available. Karen was immediately available and viewed the house and sent us video and assisted us in securing the house until we could see it in person. With this assistance from Karen, we ended up being able to purchase this house and have been very pleased with this house and neighborhood. Karen was very prompt in responding to our calls and inquiries which was very helpful since we did much of our home searches remotely.
