Buyer reviewKaren was amazing and I plan on referring anyone I know who is in the market to her. Seller reviewKaren did an excellent job for me, helping out on suggestions to prepare my mother's home for an estate sale. She also helped out on suggesting a listing price range based on several comps in the same town. She was available to show the house at all times of the week and day, too! We settled on a buyer's offer at a reasonable price, closing schedule and terms/conditions. Closing was a very quick breeze.
