Buyer reviewI gave an excellent rating on each of these characteristics for Karen because I had the opportunity to experience all of these over the course of the home buying process. From start to finish Karen earned my trust and my respect with how she dealt with me and my partner. I work out of town and often text and emails were our main mode of communication but Karen never missed a beat and was always flexible with my schedule when I was in the area. Her knowledge of the area was phenomenal. In my experience she made the search process enjoyable. Even when things didn't go as planned or a property didn't look as we expected, her wisdom and experience was reassuring. Also to be noted was the professional relationships Karen cultivated with others in the community. That may seem like a small thing but it makes all the difference, a good standing reputation. I am happy with my new home.
