Hello to everyone - I have lived in Hampton Roads since 2012. I made my way here via the military. I am a military spouse with 8 moves under my belt. I have enjoyed the travel from Maryland, Hawaii, Tennessee (2), Texas, Arizona, Colorado and now Virginia. I would not trade that experience for anything. Karen was on the ball and always responded quickly to any questions/concerns that I had. She continues to address concerns I have even though I have closed. Karen connected me with an awesome loan coordinator and between the two of them, it worked out great. I am actually paying less on my mortgage than I was renting. Karen is a wonderful agent and was willing to take a cut in her commission to help me acquire one of the properties I was interested in. She pushed/pulled me when I was ready to give up on the home buying process. I couldn't have found a better agent.
