We cannot adequately express our satisfaction and gratitude for all that Karen did for us. Per the rating scale in this survey, she was excellent (actually beyond excellent) in all categories. She exceeded job/agent requirements, such as providing additional videos, consultations, including metaphoric hand-holding and lots of encouragement. In short, she did whatever she could to contribute to our quality of life during the challenging buying of a foreclosure property and the recent selling of our beloved home. Karen understood our primary goal for achieving a more senior-friendly residence that we're now building. We cannot imagine a better advocate and realty support system -- including an available van to borrow to move a few personal items. Sincere thanks to Karen and the team!
