Seller reviewWe have bought and sold property in the area before and we have used Karen Kinsel in each transaction. We wouldn't use anyone else. Karen Kinsel is a people person, and is a wonderful agent. She is always a wealth of information about properties in her area. She knows the market and advises her clients with knowledge and experience. She loves her community, and knows it well. Therefore, she is able to lead a buyer or seller, to quality homes and properties, that is suitable to you. Devotion and care is hard to find These days, but Karen Kinsel still Demonstrats both with integrity.

Buyer reviewKaren was more than willing to accommodate our very last minute request to view a property and took it in stride when we completely changed what we were looking for -- we went from a house to a lot -- all in one holiday weekend. She was able to put us in contact with a local builder who is working on nearby lots so we could get some much needed information about the ease of building on one lot versus another before we made our offer.
