Karen being from "The Valley" and her knowledge of the area was definitely a plus. We were out of state for the majority of the selling process and Karen kept us up to date with every step along the way. She emailed us and followed up with phone calls to keep us informed. Whenever a question arose at our end, she was always there with the answer.. I would highly recommend Karen Schubert to anyone looking for an agent to either buy or sell a house. Buyer reviewKaren went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were having a hard time in the winter market and backed out of a purchase at one point. Karen was very attentive and understanding of our needs and fears and was always looking out for us as if we were her own children. She never pushed us to look beyond our means or look at houses she didn't think were a possibility. When we found THE ONE, Karen wrote a letter on our behalf to the sellers and real estate agent and told them how much we loved the house and basically got it for us. There were 6 offers on the house and ours wasn't even the highest but they loved how much we wanted it and Karen is the reason for that. She was amazing and we couldn't be happier with the house we found. We feel like the luckiest people on the planet right now and it is truly because of her. She was wonderful.

Seller reviewI have bought and sold many houses over the years with my husband. In this case I was selling a house that beloinged to an elderly Aunt who needed to move to assisted living. Karen Schubert was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She made the experience as easy as possible for my Aunt. It could have bee traumatic but Karen is so professional as well as such a caring and helpful person that it all went like clock work. Karen spent a lot of time with my Aunt explaining the process as well as helping us with all the paperwork. We would definitely recommend Karen Schubert to anyone we know who wants to buy or sell a home.
