We heard Karen Simnick was the best out there and boy was everyone right! She found us a home in less then 2 weeks! She's amazing and such a wonderful person to be around. Seller reviewI knew of Karen Simnick for a number of years and knew right away that she'd be the perfect real estate agent I wanted to list my parent's home for sale! I chose Karen over my cousin who is also an agent and over a prior agent I used in the past! Karen was wonderful to work with and her efforts and time to help me went beyond her "normal" business hours...she even traveled to meet with my parents while mom is in a rehab place out of town. Karen was available any time I had questions and was a big help! Having to be the one to sell my parent's home (as Power of Attorney) was a difficult choice and having Karen there to help me made the process much easier! I definitely recommend Karen Simnick!
