Seller reviewKaren was willing to spend lots of time chatting with me. She never made me feel like I was taking up her time. She was more than willing to explain every detail of contract. She was open to my input regarding pricing of my home and relating her thoughts. She spent much time investigating and analyzing price point. She was very complimentary with regard to my home. She was a real pleasant person to deal with in a day and age where it is rare to find people who are reliable and trustworthy.
