Buyer reviewWe purchased a manufactured home with the help of Karen Souza. We greatly appreciated the fact that she has extensive experience with this type of home; she has managed a mobile home park and has lived in a mobile home in the past. This was an immediate comfort to us as we were confident that she would be thorough and honest with us as we proceeded to look. Throughout the process, Karen was very attentive; if she hadn't heard from us for a few days, she would call just to check on us. In fact, we feel we have a new friend--she's that approachable and fun to associate with! Of course, from the business angle, we had no worries, knowing that she would guide us through the process in a professional and timely manner. If we have an opportunity to recommend her to friends or family members, we will certainly do so. It has been a pleasure to become acquainted with her.
