I recognize my job includes much more than sending a listing and opening a door or putting up a sign. I take the responsibility of handling my client's transaction very seriously. Seller reviewWe can't say enough about the talent and experience Karen brings to the table, local knowledge, marketing methods, staging, negotiations, she is a sellers best friend. In the end she helped us to weight the merits of multiple offers and accept an offer $10K over asking price on the 3rd day of listing and we were under contract before the weekend.

It's been a pleasure working with Karen, and I can be a very picky person when it comes to realtors - i interviewed five before I signed with Karen. Karen did an excellent job of staging my house and arranging photographs. As a result, it was under contract in less than three days, which included the weekend. She went to the extra mile in getting my house ready and even making a few home improvements we hadn't tackled. She was always available by text, phone or email and worked diligently through the whole process. During COVID, she was always careful and considerate of restrictions, but it never slowed her down. She is committed and very responsive!
