As a 20 year resident of the area and very involved in our community, I feel I have good experience with what the North Iowa area has to offer. In addition, I have 15 years experience as an elementary teacher. Communication skills grew during those years! I am a wife and a mother of 3 wonderful children and a resident of Clear Lake. Buyer reviewKaren was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond for us. She understood us and helped us every bit of the way without seeming annoyed once, unlike a few others we had to deal with along the way. She was a safe haven during this process. We found her by just randomly calling the office to find out about a house and we loved her honesty and loyalty. The only thing I know I can comment about is, Karen was always ready and willing to answer any question I threw her way and honestly at that. She made sure to also help explain things before hand too. I would recommend Karen to anyone I know that is buying a house because she listens to the things you want in a house and goes above and beyond helping you search for that house. She walks into the house with you as if she was the one buying it and tells you her honest opinion. Karen takes time to get to know you and actually cares. I know we all said at the end, we are glad that the closing is done and we found the perfect house for us but we are going to miss her.
