She was able to get the house on the market for a fair price, get all paperwork to me online, and communicated with me through every step. I would recommend her to any friends and family in the area. She was patient, open to talking and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process.

Seller reviewI don't know this to be a fact but I almost think that Karen had my house sold before it ACTUALLY hit the market. I had given her a heads up that I had to sell and that I was going to sign a contract with her to sell the home. The day it was on the market, we were under contract that evening. It only took 31 days once it was listed to close. Karen has always been great as she was my agent when I bought the house. You can not go wrong with Karen Stone. Very very pleased with the whole process.
