Seller reviewKaren took on our property after it had been on the market for over a year. I truly believe the other realtor overpriced. Karen came in, gave us her recommendation. We followed her advice. She was supportive; she kept us informed in every aspect of the sale. We couldn't have asked for a better representative to show our property. I am originally from Waterloo, and I wanted to use someone local. I wish I could have convinced my other half before the property sat for over a year.
