Seller reviewThe property/home that we sold was an investment property. I live about 90 miles away and so depended on Kari to handle pretty much the entire process. As we reconditioned the home before selling, she provided a checklist of what needed to be done and then repeatedly inspected the work of my support team to make sure that everything was completed. She even stopped by to make sure that the lawn was watered and not turning yellow. She is always reachable and answered all questions in a straightfowarad and relateable way. Process was smooth from start to finish. All good.. Kari is a great realtor.

She dealt with every little detail and was way ahead of me when it came to next steps. She bent over backwards to make the sale of my mother's home go as well as it did while emotionally and physically supporting me. Her team of referred partners handled every little nuance for me when it came to pre-listing condition and removal of furnishings prior to close. And when it came to negotiating the offers, she stepped in with the recommendations that made it happen with ease. She made me feel like a part of her family. My mother's home had multiple offers within days of listing. I'm so grateful! I wish that there were more real estate professionals like her. She's definitely one of a kind!

Buyer reviewKari Breaux is professional, efficient, trustworthy and worked with my schedule. I did not know about neighborhoods in Modesto as I was coming from SoCal. She guided me and negotiated an excellent deal. I made an offer without seeing the house in person as I live out of the area and could not view the house in person timely. I relied on her judgement and was so glad I did as I could have missed out, time was of the essence. I would definitely utilize her sevices/refer her to others for future transactions.
