Buyer reviewKari was very patient with me. It took over 4 years to find the right propery that fit my needs. The home was only 20 minutes on the market when Kari contacted me to go look at it and already had a contract written up for me to sign when I got there. She explained it was a sellers market and I had better get my offer in that first day. Everything went smooth. We closed within 21days from execution of contract and closed on time with no problems. Kari understood my needs and took very good care of me.
