Buyer reviewI was randomly paired with Karie Lewis, after my lender had connected me with her. I was not necessarily in the need for a high quality agent since I have worked in the industry for years. I was just looking for a realtor that was friendly and would show up on time. However, I am extremely lucky to have been paired with Karie. It became clear that we needed to move fast on the house and Karie went above and beyond communicating with the listing agent and facilitating each step of the transaction, all while keeping me in the loop and not letting anything fall through the cracks. We ended up closing with an 18 day escrow and my family and I were able to move in to our new home quickly. Karie is extremely detail oriented and effectively communicates all parts of the transaction even in a very rushed timeline all while being extremely friendly, and making the home buying process a memorable & fun experience.

Seller reviewKarie has been amazing. We had one tenant on one side of the duplex we sold and Karie was very kind and professional in working with the tenant. This was important to us. Karie is focused and hard working. She worked very hard to represent our interests and accomplish the sale in a professional manner. We were able to realize a higher sale price than expected due to Karie's marketing and diligence in initially handling multiple offers and then following through with the buyer and promptly addressing any concerns.

She was always available when something came up and we wanted to see it! She would regularly send us homes that we thought we would like as well! She was quick to respond to all our communication and if we had a question she always had a quick answer!
