She showed us several possible homes and helped us pick the right one for us. The sellers' realtor was problematic by not completing tasks and being slow to respond. Karin handled each issue quickly and professionally. She guided us through the unbelievable amount of paperwork involved in securing a mortgage and closing on the sale. Statements Karin made demonstrated her integrity, which I highly regard and which I think is critical during Real Estate transactions. Being an out of state resident and not occupying the property, I was able to count on Karin to take care of property issues in a timely and effective manner. As a condo, those issues were typically minor. If a big issue had popped up, I'm certain she would have taken care of it as well, in an effective and quick manner. During the entire process, she kept me informed and responded with urgency to my requests for information. The final sale of my property occurred in a relatively quick and efficient manner for a very acceptable price, with Karin Vogelsang alongside me during the entire process.
