In 2007, I handled the sale of the first home in excess of 1 Million dollars, in Juneau County. Seller reviewKarin is a thorough and hard working agent. On top of all aspects of the sale from the beginning. Buyers were very demanding and hard to please. I was ready to cancel the transaction on several occasions but Karin and I talked about the issues and found ways to deal with them. We even had a few laughs along the way discussing the absurdity of some of the requests from the buyer. Karin is far more patient than I and applied that trait in this transaction. I will be listing one more house with her this year and one in 2018 before I relocate to Tennessee. Hopefully she can line me up with an excellent agent down there when I look to buy my new home in the Nashville area.
