Karen was an amazing realtor!! She did great with local knowledge and just being straight forward about everything. Karen was able to give me all the information needed. She went above and beyond for me. She was there through every step of the way. She answered every phone call and/ or text when needed. She was very patient!! I had been using a different agent prior to Karin and had two houses fall through. When I found the third house I was interested in, I decided it was time for a new agent. Karin jumped right in. We had a viewing the same day and from day one things were just always right when working with her. She was always easy to reach, responded quickly, was knowledgeable from start to finish.
