Seller reviewWe can easily sum it up by saying we sold our house in 1 day! We designed and built our house and raised our boys here, have lived here for 17 years. It is home to us with many memories and selling it wasn't an easy decision. Thanks to karina, she made the process a little less stressful, she had our best interests in mind, and helped us in so many ways! There are so many things that go along with selling; getting it ready, putting it on the market at just the right time, advertising so it reaches the right people, paperwork, lining up moving companies, closing, title work, paperwork and more paperwork! Karina handled it all! We never doubted anything during the entire process because we trusted karina 1000%. We would highly recommend her and can't thank her enough. Karina is classy, a true professional, smart and experienced!

Buyer reviewWe had issues with our sale property beyond our control. Making the time to sell really long. We had a house that we had to jump on quick. Karina was on the ball every time. We had a few technical glitches. Seller of current home had a baby couldn't be a closing, The list of things that went sideways goes on and on. (These issues were beyond anyone's control) Karina always was on top of the problem and made it happen. As a military vet that is what I expect out of everyone and very rarely see. I cant say enough nice things about Karina and her help and knowledge in the selling and buying our property. She also has great knowledge of VA loans.
