Seller reviewKarl Ludwig is a wonderful person. He has a personality of friendliness, patience, respect, and kindness. Naturally he knew the business and what was expected of us. He informed us ahead of time of things we needed to address. He always responded when we emailed or texted. During these crazy times of real estate sales, Karl never lost patience or dropped interest in us. Any buyer/seller would be wise to contract with Karl Ludwig. My family wishes him well!
