Buyer reviewKarl contacted me 15 minutes after my call to Realtor.com and sent me a link of 1057 Hudson Drive and said if I was interested he would met me from Stroudsburg within the hour. On that day, July 9th, there was a torrential downpour which later caused several are roads & bridges to be washed out, but yet Karl kept me in formed of his GPS ETA delays. From the time we put in my offer to closing was nearly within 3 weeks time and any glitches were handled promptly and professionally by Karl as well as his recommendations for property inspector and property Insurance company were both excellent as well. I told Karl that have a few retired friends and a couple of Union Brothers and Sisters interested in investing in property or homes on both sides of Delaware (upstate NY & PA) after hearing about my experience and home; that I wouldn't recommend anyone but Karl & the Century 21 Geba Company.
