Buyer reviewKarla was professional, but also laid back. If there was something I did not like about a home, she was open to listen to what I was thinking and never made me feel pressured into picking something and would find something else for me to look at as soon as possible I was a first time home buyer and didn't always understand certain things and Karla always took the time to really explain things so that I could understand everything.I felt very comfortable making my final decision and she kept in contact with me through out the entire process! Very happy with my decision to go with Karla and will always refer her to friends in the future!

She got back to us in a timely fashion, and gave us the best service. I would recommend Karla to everyone for buying or selling, she was just 'REAl' if you know what I mean? Her approach was not pretentious or fake. If we wanted to see a 20,000$ home or a 65,000$ home she just made the appt. and gave us the tour. Seller reviewI would strongly recommend Karla Clark to anyone that is listing there home. She is very professional and takes a personal interest in making sure everything is done in a very efficient and timely matter to get your house sold. My house was only on the market for one night and there were already 2 showings lined up, I strongly believe this was due to the pictures she took and the very nice description she wrote about my home and posted online. I would rate Karla with a 10+.
