My Agent Karla De La Cruz is a beyond amazing agent!! 1. I had 2 months to find a home at a reasonable price in the area that I wanted. Karla had met with me at every free opportunity I had to find the home I wanted. With her determination and care of my needs I have received an amazing home. 2. While negotiating she advised me (First Time Home Buyer) of the pros and cons of a certain decision. By me being fully informed I understood any situations that would happen and not be curve balled! 3.
