Buyer reviewMost important to us was knowing the area. We had decided on the Cherry Valley to Yucaipa area but were not familiar with it personally. Experience is very important! Karla & Linda demonstrated that they are experienced realtors. They listened to the criteria that we outlined for our next home and found relavent properties to show us. Karla was the most engaged realtor I've experienced. She responded quickly and thoughtfully to voice and e-mail requests for clarifications and help with motivating escrow and finance partners as well as communicating with the sellers' realtor. Karla was the glue that held together the transaction process and kept it moving forward. Without her leadership, we'd probably still be in escrow! Thank you, Karla!
