Seller reviewI was told Karla is experienced and honest. These 2 things were very important to me. I liked her enthusiasm and positive mindset regarding my property and the ability to sell it for an excellent price. Karla was great to work with. I don't see how anyone could have done a better job for me. She knew I needed to be in Texas as close to Nov. 1 as possible, and made it happen. I'm grateful that my friend recommended her. She knew how to price my home, and it actually sold above asking. She kept me informed through the whole process, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Karla Degonia is an excellent agent, and I highly recommend her. She works hard for her clients.
