Having been in real estate, in another state, for thirty years, I can be quite critical of an agent. Karla Dennett-Post was definitely one of the best and thorough agents, I have ever dealt with. She was always one step ahead of everyone else, resulting in a worry free, smooth transaction. Definitely an experienced and knowledgeable agent in all aspects. Her knowledge of the area, inventory, mortgage, escrow, - everything was exceptional and she guided me through the maze effortlessly. Karla was and is the most professional broker I have dealt with, ever. I have practiced law for 50 years and lived in Sun Valley Idaho most of that time; I dealt with top brokers throughout the Nation; high end properties. She was equal to any and all of them. Most important to me was being able to rely on her judgment about the right price and finding a buyer that I wanted.
