Seller reviewKarla understands the importance of timely communication. In my case, that communication began with my initial phone call to her. I actually contacted other realtors; Karla was the only one who returned my call and she did so within a half hour. Then, when I met her, she quickly pointed out the strengths of my house and lot. The details that she noticed were both structural and emotional which told me that she gets the connection people have with their homes. And, on top of all that, Karla did more work for this sale than would be done for the typical sale. Because I now live two hours from Beaver Dam, Karla made the contacts with various people who did some updating on my home. Overall, Karla earns an A+ from me along with a lot of extra credit points!
