Her reputation preceded our experience, and exceeded our expectations. Karla's personality, knowledge, and demeanor, was such an asset during the whole process. We felt comfortable in following her recommendations, and was confident that she was taking the best care of us throughout the sales process. Love the Century 21 personnel, and Karla's attention to detail when serving clients. The performance is consistent and top notch. We will stay with Century 21!

Karla West is an amazing person that made me feel I was her only client. Always available, on weekends and evenings. Extremely knowledgeable and so personable. I truly could not ask for anything more. This was a nerve racking experience and we could not have done it without her. We sold 2 homes and purchased 1. We are older folks and admittedly not high tech. She walked us through every step with her easygoing manor We dealt with Tom Chiado when Karla was on vacation for 1week and he was just as exceptional. I will sing her praises to all I know

I never have to doubt that I'm in good hands when I work with Karla. She doesn't drop the ball and keeps the momentum going at all times. No question of mine was ignored and everything was explained in a clear way. I wasn't left in the dark during the sale of my home but I also never felt overwhelmed with the business end of it all. I never had to worry about what was happening during the selling process or what step to take next. Karla kept me updated every step of the way. If it was a hectic process, I would never know because everything was presented to me in a timely and organized manner. I recommend Karla to everyone I know!
