Once that individual became THE prospective Buyer, Karla worked diligently with us, the prospective Buyer's agent (and the prospective Buyer's mother) to insure the process ran as smoothly as possible, with the end result being a successful Closing and transfer of assets.

She was just a text, phone call, or email away...day and night (which I took advantage of on more than one occasion). We hit several roadblocks during the inspection and she helped to calmly guide us through the process. When we hit those setbacks, she always knew how to keep us positive and on track. We couldn't have imagined going through this with anyone other than Karla.
