Seller reviewI chose Kateland Rich after hearing great feedback from friends who had used her as a realtor. I also had a conversation with Kateland about what she would do to sell my house if she were my realtor, and I loved her plans and ideas. She's very motivated and knows what she's doing. She kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and took care of anything that came up. Kateland made the house selling process so easy. The thing that stood out to me the most, aside from her excellent customer service, was her advertising. She took pride in her listing, ordering professional photos and a video tour. She advertised via Facebook and sponsored posts. She also hosted an open house and worked hard to get the word out. She was an amazing realtor and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
