Buyer reviewWe had to work with Katelyne remotely and she became our eyes, ears, and nose for every house we were interested in seeing. If we had a question as to whether a price was fair she would offer comps so we can make the judgment call if we thought the home in question was worth asking price or not. When we finally found the house she truly had our best interest in mind as she guided us through inspections and navigated the deals that would be necessary for the work that would be required. All her work culminated in scheduling the time to be on the phone as we signed the settlement documents so she could answer any questions which arose, and there were questions which she expertly answered. Truly a professional and friendly real estate agent who was a pleasure to work with.

She went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information needed and helped us during inspection, appraisal and all the way until closing day. We were very lucky to have such an amazing agent, Katelyne really made this process so easy for us and I was able to focus and dedicate my time to my two children. She was always on top of everything and I've never had to worry about anything because she always kept us informed of any issues. We couldn't be more happy with our purchase and we will forever be grateful for all the support and knowledge from Katelyne.

She was extremely flexible, took time to understand what was important to me and was very friendly, kind and funny. She had great subject matter and local area knowledge and provided me with accurate, timely guidance and advice. It took some time for me to find exactly what I was looking for sue to low inventory in my preferred school district but Katelyn was patient and always made me feel at ease.
