She was more than willing to show me houses all throughout central NY and worked closely with me and the seller to determine a showing time that worked for all parties. When it came to the experience of buying the home I now own, Katie was very diligent with communications of offers and the seller's responses and displayed her knowledge by providing further explanations when needed. While waiting for legal documents to come in, Katie was very responsive with follow-ups and often reached out to the seller's attorney and the listing agent to determine what was holding up progress. Would recommend Katie to anyone looking for a hardworking and dedicated agent.

Buyer reviewKatie was the sellers agent at a property I was originally looking to purchase, I was so impressed with her professional and positive attitude that I switched realtors to get her help with finding exactly what I was looking for. She is knowledgeable as to all aspects of the process, personable, honest, and was available at all times for any of my questions, concerns or even to show me out of the way properties that I was simply curious about "which is how we found the property I recently purchased". She's assertive, tactful and flawlessly handled everything throughout the entire experience, finding the right place, handling the mortgage company, attorneys, sellers agents ect...and pushed through the most complicated situations with ease. I have already recommended her to several of my friends and family. I have no doubt she is responsible for the sale of my old home and making the purchase of my new one a reality!! She did an amazing job and I'm very appreciative of her and her team!!!
