We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Katherine Reavis. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Its been quite a journey. We searched all over Arkansas to find the right place. Katherine was there every step of the way through early weekend mornings and long days of home searching. She is honest and the best part about working with her was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Katherine walked us through every step of the negotiation process. With her help, we secured the home and didn't pay a penny more than asking. We are so happy with our home. We would recommend her to anyone and will use her again if the need arrives.

We told her what we was looking for and she had 3 the next day, after looking at them she was like I found one more and it was the one . During the appraisal a few things need attention, we did the work and she was a trooper in 100 degree weather. Katie went above and beyond, and she sat outside in the heat twice with use while we did the repairs on our forever home. I will definitely sing her praise for putting up with us helping us start this new adventure. THANK YOU AGAIN KATIE!!
