Buyer reviewThe entire search/buying process can be very stressful, but was lessened with Katherine's guidance. Even with the additional negotiations that were needed post appraisal, the process was incredibly smooth. With Katherine's help/guidance we went in with a strong first offer which was accepted almost immediately. The appraisal came in to our benefit. At the end of the day, we purchased for asking but that was considerably less than our initial offer. Katherine navigated those additional conversations well, and we could not be happier with the purchase of our "cabin in the woods".
