Kathi- is awesome at her job! We could've picked any company but we chose century 21 yet again, and we could've chosen any agent and we are glad we stuck with Kathi- We had a list of must-have's, one being a lot of correspondence whenever we needed it, and others being lots of patience and a lot of demands and she handled it all with ease.

From her input to house staging to her guidance during buyers negotiations, Kathi's local knowledge and professional expertise left me feeling very confident that we were getting the best advice during the entire process. In the end, we sold our house for the price we wanted and felt very confident that we got the best deal possible.

My company set it up. Best referral ever! She walked us through everything including set us up with the best mortgage loan people we could have hoped for Will Herring and staff at All Western Mortgage. My wife, kids, and I really liked our experience with Kathi Philpot! We will absolutely use her again in the future! The amazing home we bought wasn't on the market for more than an hour and she found it. On top of that, she helped us get a fair market deal on it. She even saved us from ourselves. Kathi Philpot is, no joke, amazing!
