Not enough can be said with how happy I was with having Kathy Long as my realtor/agent. Kat exhibits several outstanding qualities: Customer Service - She did an exceptional job communicating with me throughout the entire process. Whether I called, emailed or texted her, she would respond promptly and never had to ask a question. She kept me in the loop during the entire transaction. She explained the entire process, dedicated and genuinely cares and went out of her way to make sure all of our issues were taken care of. Kat is was/always enthusiastic, professional, and very easy to work with personally. There was no slowing her down. She lined up a fabulous marketing strategy, met with vendors, inspections, appraisers and the endless repair process. She showed the utmost respect and professionalism to everyone we came in contact with, from real estate agents to potential buyers and sellers. Selling and buying homes can be an incredibly intimate and an exhausting process; however, Kat made me feel like a trusted friend was at the helm. I would like to purchase/sell other properties knowing that Kathy Long would represent me and there would be no worry or stressors involved.
